At Bivins Agency we are currently selecting a limited number of qualified candidates for our Agent Training Program. This hands-on mentorship program provides paid training, licensing, and mentorship. You will gain full exposure to insurance sales, marketing, recruiting, and business operations.
Trainee applicants must have at least 2 years experience in either customer service or sales.
